What is a wet raspberry? It’s is the act of flapping your lips on a person’s skin (usually the belly) to create a loud flatulent sound. Also commonly referred to as a zurburt, a wet raspberry has many applications. Primarily used to make children laugh, it can also be effective in startling, awakening and sometimes courting adults.
